Hi! I'm Luna, an Argentina-born specialist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, mindfulness and stress regulation, Chi Nei Tsang, and Womb Massage and Somatic Coaching.
I facilitate experiences and teach practices that awakens your own transformation power, from inside out.
During the last decades I shifted from a corporate job and a state of burn-out.... in connection with my body and my authenticity embracing myself as never before.
How did I do that transformation? I found safety and peace in the relationship with myself.
I learned to create the psychological safety to lead the life I wanted and healing.
Through body-based, awareness and spiritual practices that I learned and experienced around the world I understood that Body, Mind and Spirit are inseparable. From this understanding and knowledge, I help everyone that comes to me and wants to walk a healing path..
